The video below takes off from one of the Horizons lots and rises above the dune, revealing the relationship between the lots and Diamond Beach. For buyers looking at coastal land, that context matters. A map gives you a location. Aerial footage gives you a relationship.

 

### A coastal setting you can actually see

Horizons forms part of Saltwater Shores at Diamond Beach, on the NSW Mid North Coast.

As the drone lifts from within the Horizons release, Diamond Beach quickly comes into view, showing how the lots sit within their coastal surroundings.

The footage below captures Diamond Beach in the early morning, giving a sense of the open coastline and character of the area.

 

 

 

### Horizons is now taking shape

Construction at Saltwater Shores is progressing and the Horizons lots are beginning to take shape.

For prospective purchasers, this makes it easier to understand the scale of each lot and its position within the development, rather than relying solely on plans and aerial mapping.

One thing to note, the overhead power lines visible in the footage are also scheduled to be placed underground as part of the development works.

Horizons offers a limited collection of land at Saltwater Shores, with construction underway and the first homes expected to commence construction from early 2027.
