It is the kind of address where the location does a lot of the heavy lifting. A six kilometre beach runs along the doorstep, Diamond Beach village is a short walk away, and two regional centres or Forster and Taree are each a short drive in opposite directions. For buyers researching the Diamond Beach NSW location, that combination is the appeal. You are not asked to choose between a quiet coastal setting and practical access. At Saltwater Shores, one address gives you both.   #### What is on the doorstep The site faces one of the longest unbroken stretches of beach on this part of the coast. Six kilometres of sand and surf run north and south of the local beach access, which means morning walks rarely look the same twice. The same stretch carries surfers, walkers, dogs and horse riders through every season of the year. Diamond Beach village is only a short distance away. It is a quiet coastal pocket that has been part of this stretch for decades, low key in feel and easy to know once you are here. Day to day errands stay close, the beach stays closer.   ![forster-tuncurry-wallis-lake-saltwater-shores](https://saltwatershores.au/hs-fs/hubfs/forster-tuncurry-wallis-lake-saltwater-shores.jpg?width=900&height=511&name=forster-tuncurry-wallis-lake-saltwater-shores.jpg) Image: Forster Tuncurry Wallis Lake #### A short drive in two directions Tuncurry is around twenty minutes south along the coast. It brings the wider services of a larger regional centre, the bridge across to Forster, and the broader Forster catchment that locals already know well. Most of the things that need a town sized centre sit comfortably inside that twenty minute window. Taree is a similar run inland to the north west. It opens up the Manning Valley, regional services and the highway connection running north and south. Two distinct centres sit within easy reach, while the address itself remains unmistakably coastal. ![taree-martin-bridge-saltwater-shores](https://saltwatershores.au/hs-fs/hubfs/taree-martin-bridge-saltwater-shores.jpg?width=900&height=600&name=taree-martin-bridge-saltwater-shores.jpg)  Image: Taree: Martin Bridge  #### Abalance that does not come up often Coastal land that is genuinely quiet and genuinely close to larger centres is harder to come by than it sounds. Many addresses offer one and trade away the other. Saltwater Shores does not ask buyers to make that compromise. The wider Hallidays Point area adds further depth around the project, with bushland, headlands and natural beach environments all within a short drive of the site. There is a lot within twenty minutes of Saltwater Shores, and most of it does not feel commercial at all. #### Why the location matters now Construction is now underway at Saltwater Shores, and what surrounds the site does not change once a buyer commits. The beach, the village, the drive times, the natural setting, these are the things that hold the value of an address over the long term. The position is fixed, and at Saltwater Shores, that is the advantage.
