Your Backyard Is a Six Kilometre Beach

Most people describe the beach as somewhere nearby. At Saltwater Shores, it is part of the neighbourhood, within walking distance just beyond the end of your street.

Diamond Beach is a six-kilometre sweep of open coastline on the NSW MidCoast, extending north from Red Head towards Wallabi Point. It is broad, largely undeveloped and, outside peak holiday periods, often quiet. That is not marketing. That is simply the character of the place.

What Six Kilometres Actually Means

Six kilometres means you can walk for an hour in one direction without doubling back. Your morning run is not cut short by a seawall or marina, and a busy access point does not mean a busy beach. Keep walking and there is usually another quiet stretch of sand ahead.

Diamond Beach runs from Red Head in the south towards Wallabi Point in the north. Public access points are available along the coastline, and the beach is known for surfing, fishing and long walks. It is the kind of beach people use differently every day, whether that means an early morning walk, an afternoon surf or simply finding a quiet stretch of sand.

The Access Points

Saltwater Shores sits at 391 Diamond Beach Road, placing existing public beach access points just a moment’s walk from the estate. For residents, a trip to the beach can be an easy stroll rather than a drive.  There is an beach access point immediately north and south of the estate, so take your choice of direction.

That changes the relationship with the coast. The beach becomes somewhere you can use spontaneously, not an outing that needs to be planned.

Not All Beach Access Is Equal

Many coastal land releases use the word beach loosely. On a map it may look close, but in practice reaching the sand can still mean getting in the car, finding a park and carrying everything from there.

Saltwater Shores offers practical walking proximity to one of the MidCoast’s longest open stretches of beach. The beach is not simply a nearby amenity. It is central to the lifestyle the location offers.

The Rest of the Picture

The beach is at the front of your lifestyle. Diamond Beach village and Hallidays Point local services are nearby, while Forster / Tuncurry  are about 20 minutes away and Taree about 30 minutes inland. You have a quiet coastal setting without being cut off from the larger services and facilities of the region.

The land is here. Approved subdivision infrastructure is underway. And the six kilometres of coastline at the end of the street has always been there.
