Introducing Saltwater Shores, A New Coastal Land Release Taking Shape at Diamond Beach

Saltwater Shores is a community title subdivision at 391 Diamond Beach Road, Diamond Beach, on the Hallidays Point stretch of the NSW MidCoast. Construction is now underway, with civil works commenced and the first stage moving from approval into delivery.

For those who have been watching this part of the coast, that is an important shift. Saltwater Shores is no longer just a project on paper. It is now active on the ground, with visible progress and a clear direction.

Where the project sits

Saltwater Shores occupies a quiet coastal position at Diamond Beach, with the wider Hallidays Point area close at hand. Diamond Beach is nearby, while Forster and Taree are both within practical reach when needed.

That balance is part of the appeal. It offers a coastal setting with access to the broader MidCoast region, without losing the sense of space that draws people to this part of the coast in the first place.

What Saltwater Shores is

Saltwater Shores is being delivered as a community title subdivision. That structure is intended to help establish shared standards across the project and support a consistent level of presentation as the site is progressively developed and when operational.

The project is also being managed directly by the developer across planning, construction and marketing. That allows the direction for Saltwater Shores to remain consistent from the first stage of works through to the finished outcome.

A project with visible momentum

Construction has commenced and the site is now active. Earthworks are in motion, and progress will become more visible as the first stage continues.

That matters because an active site gives a different level of confidence from a project that still exists only in drawings, approvals and marketing plans. Saltwater Shores has now moved into delivery.

This part of the MidCoast does not often see new land brought forward in this form. That alone makes Saltwater Shores worth watching. The fact that works are now underway makes the project even more significant.

Follow the progress

Saltwater Shores is still at the front end of its story, but the direction is now clear. The project is moving, the site is changing, and a new coastal address is beginning to take shape at Diamond Beach.

We will continue to share updates as construction progresses.
